Every day you get one short lesson about how tinnitus works, one guided exercise, and one sound practice. It takes about ten minutes, and the program starts from a questionnaire based on the THI, the form used in ENT and audiology clinics.
A sound tuned to your tinnitus
You match your own pitch in the app, and Kalme builds a background sound around it, set a bit quieter than your tinnitus so you still hear both. There is also a library of soft sounds for falling asleep and for loud evenings.
A daily check-in you can read
Two taps: how much your tinnitus bothered you today, and how you slept. Over the weeks it turns into your own trend, and you answer the same questionnaire again to see your number move.
Talk to the cloud
An AI companion inside the app for the evenings when it feels loud and you do not want to wake anyone. It is an AI companion, not a doctor: it never gives medical advice, it points you to an ENT when something needs a real appointment, and it only reads what you agree to share.

Kalme is not a medical device and it does not replace a doctor. It is a wellness and education app. It does not give medical advice, and the number it shows you is a way to follow your own change over time, nothing more.
See an ENT for tinnitus that is in one ear only, that pulses with your heartbeat, that started suddenly, or that comes with hearing loss, dizziness or pain. Tinnitus can have causes that a daily program will not address, and those are worth ruling out first.
